American Law Society Recognizes  James P. Galvin

The American Law Society is proud to announce  James P. Galvin was accepted as a new member among America’s Top Lawyers by the American Law Society Board. American Law Society is an invitation-only platform comprised of verified lawyers that demonstrate a professional history of excellence and also possess positive ethical qualities of an esteemed lawyer.

Mr. Galvin is a Founder of Galvin Legal PLLC, located in Miami, Florida. Predominantly, he is focused on Securities & Investment Fraud and, Mergers & Acquisitions. His financial and securities industry background has given him a unique approach and valuable perspective evaluating potential securities fraud claims and an understanding of how brokerage firms typically defend fraud cases.

His experience includes numerous financial industry regulatory authority (finra) arbitration cases with Claims for Unsuitability, Fraud, Negligence, Failure to Supervise, and Breach of Fiduciary Duty. He has also worked as a financial planner and previously held FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 Securities Licenses, as well as various insurance licenses. Mr. Galvin successfully completed The University of Georgia Terry College of Business Executive Program for Financial Planning Certification with Distinction. 

Mr. Galvin graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University in 2004. Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctor in 2014 from University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the National Italian American Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Dade County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA), an association of securities attorneys who dedicate their practices to the representation of investors defrauded by their financial professional or brokerage firm.

American Law Society's Board of Directors selectively chooses lawyers who show a history of greatness and consistency. It is a privilege to have James P. Galvin join our organization.
