The American Law Society is proud to announce Kristina M. Jones has been accepted as a new member. Kristina’s achievements, reputation, and history of consistency earned the recognition of the Board and the "America’s Top Lawyer" distinction.
Ms. Jones currently serves as a Principal attorney at the SMITH LLP law firm. She has practiced at the firm for over 5 years with encompassed aspects of complex business litigation and securities disputes. Her experience extends into the financial services sector, white collar investigations and RICO. Kristina also manages the daily implementation of SMITH LLP directives.
She wanted to become an attorney at a young age, with the feeling that she would enjoy the intellectual aspect and ability to help people. Ms. Jones received her education from prestigious university earning her J.D. from Harvard University in 1999 and obtained her A.B. from Brown University in 1995. She has authored various publications and enjoys mentoring through the local law school in Georgia. She is licensed in both New York; Georgia; Supreme Court of the United States; United States Court of Appeals of the Fifth Circuit and, the Georgia Supreme Court.
American Law Society's Board of Directors scrupulously reviews attorney qualification and eligibility through a nomination and selection process. It is a privilege and honor to have Kristina M. Jones join the American Law Society.
