Ms. Murray-Nolan is Partner at Weiner Law Group LLP, a renowned firm representing businesses throughout New Jersey and the mid-Atlantic region. She specializes in sales & purchases of commercial real estate and all areas of family law, including, divorce & post-judgment, child support, child custody & parenting time, alimony, equitable distribution, & domestic violence actions, insurance defense & litigation. Her trial experience includes a wide variety of jurisdictions, settling cases valued between eight and twenty-five million dollars. Her experience also includes spinal cord, brain injuries, excess insurance claims and, catastrophic injury claims. Notably, Ms. Murray-Nolan drafted the State of New Jersey Domestic Partnership Act in 2005.
Ms. Murray-Nolan graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Saint Mary's College in 1999 and was on the Honors Dean List for all the semesters. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Villanova University School of Law in 2002. She is a member of the Jersey Battered Women Legal Advocacy Program and the Delaware County (PA) Battered Women's Shelter. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Pingry School Alumni, Vice President of Cranford Newcomers Club and a Consultant to the Kids Corporation.
