Mr. Martin Jr. earned his J.D. at Texas Tech University in 1970 and his B.S. from Southern Methodist University and West Texas State University in 1967. He has been admitted to practice in New Mexico, U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas in 1971. He has also been admitted federally from the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, 1976, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, 1982 and, the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas in 1994.
Mr. Wilfred takes upon cases in the field of civil and appellate litigation, personal injury/ medical malpractice and issues of wills, trusts, estates, and probate.
