The American Law Society is proud to announce Jennifer Pafiti has been accepted as a new member. Jennifer’s reputation as an attorney and history of excellence earned her recognition of the Boards’ “International Top Lawyer” Distinction. 

She is a dual qualified U.K. solicitor, U.S. attorney and head of the Jennifer is head of the investor relations team at Pomerantz. Jennifer’s practice areas are securities litigation and investor relations. she represents both United States and United Kingdom-based pension funds and asset managers in class and non-class action complex securities litigation. Jennifer is responsible for the Firm's $3.5 Trillion Portfolio Monitoring Program.

Jennifer earned her G.D.L from Inns of Court School of Law L.P.C. She has been admitted in England; Wales; the State of California; U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern, and Central Districts of California. She was recognized in 2016 by the Daily Journal as one of 40 outstanding lawyers in California under age 40 for 2016.

Her latest success took place during January 2018. Jennifer was part of the team responsible for negotiating a $2.95 billion class-action settlement against Brazilian oil-giant, Petrobras. This settlement was the largest class action settlement ever achieved by a foreign lead plaintiff, the largest settlement ever against a foreign-issuer and the largest securities class action settlement in the U.S in over a decade.
