Before pursuing his career, Mr. Richard graduated from Texas Tech University J.D. 1980 and Lubbock Christian University B.S. 1975. He has been admitted to New Mexico, 1981, Texas, 1991, Colorado, 1993, the U.S. District Court, Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the District of Colorado, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth and Tenth Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.
His areas of expertise include Civil Litigation, Civil Rights, Employment Litigation, Oil & Gas Law, Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice.
