The American Law Society is proud to announce Alan S. Fellheimer has been accepted as a new member. Alan’s reputation and history of dedication, excellence, and consistency have earned him recognition and the Boards’ “America’s Top Lawyer” distinction.
Alan S. Fellheimer a forty-five-year veteran litigator, senior partner and founder of Fellheimer & Eichen LLP, a Philadelphia-based law firm specializing in appellate law, business litigation, and civil litigation.
A veteran litigator, Alan S. Fellheimer holds an AV Preeminent Rating® from Martindale Hubbell. He is the founder and senior partner of Fellheimer & Eichen LLP, a Philadelphia-based law firm specializing in appellate law, business litigation, and civil litigation. Alan focuses his practice on commercial litigation, corporate workouts and debt restructuring, white-collar criminal defense, financial services, and family law. Some of his many accomplishments include: uncovering a major international stock fraud; helping a company go public by resolving years of litigation with creditors. He also negotiated and facilitated the successful sale of a non-profit educational institution.
Alan earned his B.A. from Temple University in 1968. Thereafter, he earned his J.D. from the Beasley School of Law at Temple University in 1971, where he acted as Editor-in-Chief of the Temple Law Quarterly and graduated summa cum laude. Alan serves as a member of the Temple University President’s Advisory board, a trustee of the Temple University Law Foundation, and is a member of Gratz College Board of Directors and Governor’s Executive Committee. In addition, he is the director of Hill International, an NYSE company.
Alan’s commitment to his profession is further evidenced by his didactic engagements. He has been a lecturer at Temple University School of Law, and he has been a speaker for both the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
