Alan Fellheimer, founding partner of Fellheimer & Eichen LLP, concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, and represents clients in corporate workouts and debt restructuring, white-collar criminal defense, banking and financial services, and all aspects of family law.
Beyond his regular practice, Alan has been a speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. He has lectured at Temple University School of Law in the areas of debtors’ rights and creditors’ remedies, bankruptcy and its alternatives, corporate reorganization, the Uniform Commercial Code, and representation of small and medium-size businesses. Currently, he is a member of Temple University President’s Advisory Board, as well as a trustee of the Temple University Law Foundation, and is a member of Gratz College Board of Directors and Governor’s Executive Committee. Alan also serves as a director of Hill International, an NYSE company.
