Walter’s practice focuses on all aspects of patent and trade secret litigation and counseling. He has extensive experience resolving patent and trade secret disputes involving a wide range of issues and technical disciplines, including consumer products, pharmaceutical and veterinary products, agricultural products, metallurgy, office furniture, medical devices, polymers and business methods. Walter also has considerable experience in patent re-examinations, and interference proceedings, as well as other domestic and foreign patent prosecution matters. Additionally, he has advised clients with respect to transnational matters including their rights in patents, trade secrets, due diligence investigations and distribution, transfer, valuation and licensing of technology.
