Rob Siegel is a seasoned trial lawyer, with over 35 years of experience trying cases before state and federal judges and juries in Louisiana, Texas and elsewhere. He is also uniquely qualified in insurance coverage matters and has presented continuing legal education seminars on coverage-related issues. He not only renders coverage advice but has also won coverage disputes for major insurance companies.
Mr. Siegel is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Eighth and Eleventh Circuits, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, Southern District of Texas and all Louisiana and Texas state courts.
Rob was nominated and elected by his peers as a Fellow in the American College of Coverage Counsel (formerly known as the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel) in September 2017. This organization represents the interests of both insurers and policyholders and engages in a wide variety of activities in addition to improving the quality and civility of the practice of insurance law.
A member of the New Orleans and Louisiana Associations of Defense Counsel, Rob Siegel belongs to the Defense Research Institute. He has lectured at continuing education seminars speaking to lawyers, physicians and insurance professionals on topics such as insurance coverage, property, products liability, medical malpractice, damages, and federal court procedures. He holds membership in the Louisiana State and American Bar Associations and the Federal Bar Association of the Fifth Circuit.
