St. Brendan High School Law Club participates in Mock Mediation

Four students from St. Brendan High’s Law Club successfully mediated a multi-million-dollar lawsuit in a recent mock mediation exercise in the school’s library. The students worked with the law club moderator, Steven Piscitelli, preparing for the mediation session. 
The mediator, Scott D. Rembold, an established litigator from the law firm of Bogert & Rembold, conducted the mediation session and explained to the students the actual process that they would have encountered in a real mediation setting.
