Howard Seife is Norton Rose Fulbright's Global Head of Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Insolvency. He has represented clients in reorganizations, both domestically and internationally, of retail, technology, energy, insurance, real estate, leasing, textiles, manufacturing, telecommunications and media companies.
