With over 18 years of legal experience, Sarah Delgado Brayfield is a founding member of DC&B Law - Delgado Brayfield, focusing on private practice.
Sarah has worked with banks, investors, and real estate companies, specializing in real estate closings, loans, mortgages, commercial credit, corporate structure development, and tax duties. Her practice areas include Real Estate, Corporate Finance, Corporate Law, Banking Securities Law, Mortgage Law, and Inheritance.
She has filed numerous affidavits for FEMA to support Puerto Rico’s hurricane relief efforts. As a pro bono legal advocate for Habitat for Humanity, she handles deeds, purchase and sale agreements, and mortgage processes. Additionally, Sarah chairs the Fideicomiso de la Tierra del Caño Martín Peña, an organization managing community land trusts.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Juris Doctor from the Inter American School of Law in Puerto Rico, and a Master of Laws in Banking & Financial Law from Boston University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Puerto Rico, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Sarah became a real estate attorney to advocate for her community.
